Hi, I’m Esther Echeverria, founder of L&C Recruitment. We’re excited to share our new look with you, and we want to tell you all about it. We’ve come a long way since L&C Recruitment was founded in 2017 and we wanted our branding to better reflect who we are. In recent years, L&C Recruitment has evolved as a recruitment company, so we thought it was about time our logo did, too. 

Green is considered a stress-reliever, and shades of green in nature may help put us at ease in a new environment, so we thought it would be the perfect choice for our logo. Aside from green symbolising growth and abundance, no other colour has the same significance in business. Green represents nature, prosperity and money but also growth.

Additionally, we added a subtle leaf pattern. Leaves hold symbolic meaning in many cultures, but they are generally associated with fertility and growth. Green leaves denote renewal and hope for the future.

Now, let’s look at our new tagline – The LIFE you want. The CAREER you need. A healthy work-life balance is essential for employees’ health and relationships, but it can also increase their performance.

Similarly, we know it’s crucial to discover and match the right candidate for our clients while ensuring the right BALANCE between a person’s personal & professional life.

The experience has also taught us that such a balance is relative to the company’s goals, its culture and its individual ambitions.  

So, in addition to having LIFE and CAREER in the company name, we decided to integrate a tagline – The LIFE you want. The CAREER you need – to explain its meaning. 

As we strive to strike a balance between our lives and careers, we often forget that career is part of our lives.

Because when we’re the right for the job, a career is not just a means to make a living but often becomes the meaning itself, especially for young and ambitious creatives who are hungry for knowledge and experience. 

Thus, LIFE is represented in its larger form in our logo while still achieving balance and unity with career. 

We did not stop there, however. During our recent recruitment process, we knew we needed to make the process as smooth as possible for our clients and candidates alike. And that’s why we partnered with a marketing agency Intelier to design and develop L&C’s visual identity and our new website, which now integrates a recruitment CRM software.
